RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on unworn & unused items in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We offer 100% credit, refunds or exchange on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods - excluding shipping costs associated with the order.

In certain circumstances a store credit on sale items maybe issued but strictly no refunds. Final sale and clearance items are strictly non exchangeable and non refundable once an item is 50% off or more. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items or items included in any flash promotion. Discount codes, promotional offers and special promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Only one discount or promotional offer maybe applied per order. MLdeM reserves the right to exclude selected items, collections or limited time offers from discount eligibilty. 

Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

We are unable to accept any garments that have been worn or returned in a soiled or crushed condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards Merchandise must be in its original condition and folded as best you can, items received on return which need pressing, refolding, or repackaging will incur a $10.00 restocking fee.
